The colour and sound quality is particularly good, considering the age of the film.
It would have been interesting if Alan Bates and Oliver Reed had been persuaded to say a few words about the (in)famous wresting scene. Now that they are no longer with us, it seems an opportunity missed. Glenda Jackson might have had a view on her first Oscar, especially in her first Ken Russell film - the second was The Music Lovers a year later - but now that she's changed professions, she might feel that a backbench MP has more important things to think about (really?).
Sadly, there are no Extras.
