The peniultimate day and, if everyone else is feeling like me, I'm pretty filmed out. I ventured out briefly to the Best of the Trystero Short Film Festival programme, which included an excellent short called Ketosis - look out for it in the future.

Apparently Sean Connery has had a few private screenings at the Cameo and Filmhouse - that's one of the perks of being patron of the film festival. Unfortunately, I can't say I've noticed him around, although I've seen a few black limousines darting around town.

I also missed Atom Egoyan who was at the Filmhouse to introduce Felicia's Journey. I guess I'll never find out if Bob Hoskins turned up and put on the Brummie accent he's been practising so hard.

Another day, another party I wasn't invited to. I've heard talk of an extremely good festival bash going on somewhere but I'm really too tired to pursue it. The closing party is tomorrow at Dynamic Earth, hopefully I'll get an invite to that. Time for an early night (finally).
