TICKET PRICES
Screenings of most features are usually £7 and £4.50 for concession ticket holders (disabled, senior citizens, students, unemployed, under 16s). Retrospectives are £4.50 & £3.50 or £4.50 and £3. Prices for special events and one-offs vary (Reel Lifes £10/£4.50). A handling fee of £1 is charged on bookings made by post, telephone or on-line.

WEB SITE BOOKINGS (Saturday 15 July - Thursday 10 August)
The EIFF website says "a secure email booking service is available through the website using your credit card". Allow four working days to process. All bookings received after Saturday 5 August should be collected from the Film Festival Central Box Office - this includes postal, telephone and on-line bookings. A handling fee of £1 will be charged for all bookings made by post, telephone or online.

TICKET COLLECTION
Tickets held for collection at the Central Box Office at the Filmhouse can be collected until 1 hour before the screening after which they can be collected from the venue. It is advisable to pick up tickets held for collection in good time before the screenings.

The latest programme details, news on late programmed special events and answers to all your Film Festival questions are available at the Information Desk in the Filmhouse foyer, open from Sunday 13 August - Sunday 27 August 09.00 - 21.00 daily.

VENUES
The Festival programme takes place in the Filmhouse, Cameo, Lumiere, Dominion, ABC, Odeon and UCI and in Glasgow at the GFT.

SEATING
All seats are unreserved. We suggest you arrive early to ensure a choice of seating. Smoking is not permitted in any of the auditoria. Management reserve the right of admission. Children under three years of age are not permitted in the auditoria.

CERTIFICATION
Most films are uncertificated at the time of screening. If in doubt as to the suitability of films, please call the Information Hotline for advice: 0131 229 2550

RUNNING TIMES & START TIMES
There may be an introduction if the filmmaker is present. Sometimes a short film is programmed before a feature. You can ring the Information Hotline to find out if there is a short and of what duration. Post screening discussions often take place. Please consider the above when planning your festival.

LATE COMERS POLICY
Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the cinema management.
