From the makers of Road Trip and Old School comes a teen comedy straight out of the American Pie stable. Young testorone-filled Scotty (Scott Mechlowicz) has been communicating over the net with someone he thinks is German and masculine. He's been dumped by his girlfriend in the worst possible way - she told him he's boring and that it's not working anymore. Next minute, she's taken off with the lead singer of a local band and their best number, all about what they get up to behind his back, is called Scotty Doesn't Know. For our hero, it couldn't get much worse.
In a fit of anger, he tells his German pal to take a hike, fearing he's gay, only to find out that he's a really good-looking girl. So he has to head for Europe to make up with her, taking his best friend with him.
Cue a trip to Germany via London, Amsterdam, Paris etc. They run into many stereotypical tourists - the British are a bunch of football hooligans, led by Vinnie Jones, the Italians are represented by an outrageously gay man, who touches Scotty up in train tunnels, etc.
It's crude, rude, basic and blatant, a high-tempo cheap joke party, with tits, arse and bowel jokes to the fore. MTV audiences will love it, if they don't want to think too much, but it's all been done before.
Grubby teen comedies, such as this, ought to come with a Government health warning!
