LOW-BUDGET DV film documentary of New York, New York seen through the eyes of the eccentric Timothy "Speed" Levitch, a flamboyant bus tour guide as he waxes lyrical about the wonders of the Big Apple.

Shot in grainy black and white digicam, with a lot of handheld photography, the film nevertheless holds up well by dint of Levitch's entertaining, usually overblown romanticism towards the city, its buildings and history.
